President's Message

Hello and welcome to the Montgomery County Chapter (MCC) of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc’s (TLOD) website.

As Top Ladies, we are dedicated to providing exemplary community service to Montgomery County Maryland and surrounding communities. Since our January 26, 2019 chartering, we have been dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for youth, women, senior citizens and the community through our service programs and partnerships.

Our teen organization, Top Teens of America (TTA), was chartered on July 14, 2019 with a commitment to serve the community, while growing through leadership development. Our Teens are male and female and range in age from 13 to 18.

I love to serve! I believe it is my calling. Therefore, I am humbled to serve and work with amazing ladies and teens on TLOD’s five national thrusts-Top Teens of America, Senior Citizens, Status of Women, Community Beautification, and Community partnerships; and our projects National Association of Colored People (NAACP), National Council of Negro Women (NCNW), United Negro College Fund (UNCF), Sickle Cell Disease Awareness, and TLOD Literacy. The ladies of the Montgomery County Chapter of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. work together in sisterhood in maintaining TLOD’s legacy of Transforming lives and Making a Difference, One
